Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station deputies arrested nine SCV residents on a variety of charges during a crime suppression operation late Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning.
Here’s more of the story from the station’s social media:
“While you were sleeping, Crime Impact Team (CIT) deputies hit the streets of SCV with members from our COBRA Team, patrol deputies and detectives.
“The mission was to have a strong law enforcement presence in areas that community members have expressed may need some ‘extra attention.’
“We appreciated the feedback and targeted patrol specifically in the directed areas.
“By the time the operation ended at 6 a.m., nine individuals were arrested and transported to our station’s jail for booking.
