The 2nd Annual Choices in Education Expo, is now accepting applications for participants, including sponsors, exhibitors, advertisers and prize donors.
Free to the public, the expo is scheduled for November 16, 2014 at the Hyatt Regency Valencia, in Santa Clarita.
“We are getting good response from exhibitors, however we a looking for a few more sponsors to make this very important community event happen,” said Gary Buterbaugh, the expo’s producer.
The event is intended for businesses, organizations, institutions and government agencies which:
. Want to be considered a choice by those who are making difficult, possibly life changing, education related decisions for a family member or for themselves.
. Wish to present their brand and message prominently to the public and to education professionals during the expo, as well as to the community at large see our marketing, in the months before, during and after the expo. Exposure begin within 48 hours of sign-up.
. Feel strongly about supporting education, in general or at a specific level from early childhood development through adult life-long learning.
. Offer scholarships and grants, and wish to attract applicants, donations, or new members.
“Marketers know that sponsoring, along with advertising and prize donations, are great options for those who would like to have a presence, but are unable to be present on expo day,” added Buterbaugh.
“Exhibitors must be an organization or business offering education related resources, information, programs, products and services. However, any business or organization who wishes may be a sponsor, advertiser and prize donor, ” he explained.
Sponsor opportunities range in price from $375 to sponsor a space for your favorite non-profit to $6,000 for the prestigious Presenting Sponsor, which offers maximum exposure for months, before, during and after the expo. In addition to creating community goodwill and the satisfaction of supporting an important community event, each sponsor receives a generous package of benefits. Since most sponsors do not want to exhibit, optional exhibit spaces may be added at a substantial sponsor discount. Custom designed sponsor opportunities are available to meet specific needs.
