The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reserves the right to decline or return deposits that violate Department Policies.

 

If you want to Pick-Up Money from an incarcerated inmate’s account. You must do the following:

* You must have the incarcerated male/female inmate obtain a Money Release Form (Pink Slip) from the on duty custody staff and submit it

* If the incarcerated inmate is housed at  Pitchess Detention Center (PDC), you can obtain the Money Release Form from the PDC visiting area at the check-in window

All withdrawals are processed at the Inmate Reception Center (IRC) and are typically approved and available within 24-48 hours after submission to the person making the withdrawal.

If you want to schedule a visit or search for an inmate, go to www.lasd.org. Click on “Inmate and Jail Information-Schedule Inmate Visits” located on the left hand side. Enter all the inmate’s information on the search criteria.
