Valencia Crime Report for the week of November 14, 2016 thru November 20, 2016
The following crimes were reported in Valencia (Zone 5) during the week of November 14, 2016 thru November 20, 2016:

11/14/16 Monday

Burglary (Vehicle) – 26200 block of Technology Drive
An unknown suspect smashed the victim’s window of her vehicle and stole her purse. The victim left her purse on the floorboard of her vehicle.

Burglary (Vehicle) – 27200 block of Tourney Road
An unknown suspect forced entry into the victim’s vehicle and stole his stereo. The suspect pulled off the victim’s car door handle, and removed the entire dashboard.

Petty Theft- 28200 block of Newhall Ranch Road
The victim left his cell phone in an unlocked locker at the location. When he returned from after his workout, he noticed his cell phone was missing.

Burglary (Storage Unit) – 28100 block of Kelly Johnson Parkway
An unknown suspect made entry into the victim’s storage unit and stole several items from inside. The lock to the unit was also cut and removed.

11/15/16 Tuesday

Burglary (Business)- 25300 block of Magic Mountain Parkway
An unknown suspect made entry into a business. While the suspect was inside, entry was made into a safe and $1,000 in U.S. Currency was taken.

Burglary (Vehicle)- 24400 block of Town Center Drive
While the victim was at the location, she left her purse on the front seat of her car. When she returned a short time later, she noticed her window had been shattered and her purse was gone.

11/16/16 Wednesday

Burglary (Shoplifting)- 27000 block of McBean Parkway
An unknown suspect walked into the location, concealed merchandise, and exited the store without paying for the item.

Assault w/ a deadly weapon (Hands) – 24300 block of Town Center Drive While the victim was at the location, he was preforming a comedy act. The suspect displayed his dislike for the victim’s jokes and created a disturbance. The suspect approached the victim and placed his hands around the victim’s neck and squeezed. The suspect was pulled off the victim by other customers at the bar.

11/18/16 Friday

Petty Theft- 23300 block of Cinema Drive
While at the location eating, the victim accidentally left his cell phone in the bathroom, and when he returned he noticed his cell phone was gone.

Attempt Vehicle burglary (Locked) -27600 block of Dickason Drive
An unknown suspect tried to force entry into the victim’s vehicle while it was parked at the location. The suspect punched the door key to the vehicle but was unable to gain access to the car.

Petty Theft- 24100 block of Magic Mountain Parkway
A female subject was cited and released from the location for trying to leave the location without paying for items in her possession.

11/19/16 Saturday

Petty Theft

24400 block of Magic Mountain Parkway
A female suspect was arrested at the location for trying to exit the store without paying for items in her possession.

Burglary – 23800 block of Arroyo Park Drive
A male suspect was arrested at the location for making entry into the victim’s apartment while she was inside. The suspect stole several items from inside the apartment. The victim was not injured in the incident.

11/20/16 Sunday

Petty Theft – 24200 block of Valencia Boulevard
Two female suspects were arrested at the location for trying to exit the store without paying for items they both had concealed on their persons.
