Tip of the Week: Poe Raceway???
I have received numerous complaints from residence regarding drivers speeding on Poe Parkway in Stevenson Ranch. Traffic enforcement units from both the California Highway Patrol and Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station have been posting in the area and citing drivers for vehicle code violations. In many of these cases, those cited were residence of Stevenson Ranch. When driving in a familiar area, it’s very easy to become relaxed and not pay attention to our speed. Studies have shown that due to this relaxed state, most traffic collisions occurred within two miles of a person’s home. Please watch your speed, obey all traffic laws, and get home safely.
Take care, and be safe.
