The award-winning Hart Regiment Band & Colorguard will host the 31st Annual Rampage Marching Band Field Tournament on November 1, 2014 at College of the Canyons Cougar Stadium. About 35 marching bands and colorguard units, including all of the Hart School District high school teams, will join Hart for one of the most anticipated Southern California School Band and Orchestra Association (SCSBOA) tournaments of the season. Hart High School was designated a California Distinguished Arts School in 2013.
Hart Regiment has a long tradition of excellence. With their new show entitled Royals, they won all Sweepstakes and caption awards at their first competition of the season, the Royal Classic Tournament. Under the direction of Anthony Bailey, Hart has earned the SCSBOA Championship title in their division an unprecedented 10 years.
Please join us for this fabulous showcase of entertainment, beginning at 9:45 am with performances throughout the day. There will be lots of food vendors, merchandise booths and valuable raffles, including amusement park passes. Enjoy a special guest performance by the Pasadena City College Marching Lancers, official band of the Tournament of Roses Parade. The evening will conclude with the popular mass drumline and the formal awards ceremony is expected to take place at 9:15 pm.
Don’t miss your chance to see all six local Hart District high school bands perform at a single event! We hope to see you there at College of the Canyons, Saturday, November 1st for Rampage 2014!
