On Saturday, Dec. 19 Six Flags Magic Mountain will join up with HandsOn Santa Clarita for their 3rd Annual Holiday 5k/10k.

Bring your friends, bring your family, and run through “the thrill capital of the world” decorated for the holidays. It’s the perfect time to get in the holiday giving spirit by supporting HandsOn Santa Clarita in our annual fundraiser.

This run is HandsOn Santa Clarita’s biggest annual fundraiser, it helps support day-to-day and year-round program operation.

We are close to our registration goal, only 50 spots remain for the 5k and 70 spots for the 10k, so register soon.

Some special guests will also be in attendance, including several athletes from the Special Olympics and the world-famous Laker Girls. Join them for a meet-and-greet and a photo opportunity.

There will be several local performance groups showcasing their talents from Hart and West Ranch high schools and Warrior Cheer. You might also catch a glimpse of Santa Claus and Gingy, the gingerbread race mascot.

Come experience winter thrills as you run through the annual “Holiday in the Park” decorations with the only 5k/10k event held at Six Flags Magic Mountain. There’s still time to register and all runners will receive a finishing medal and a goody bag stuffed with runners’ treats. Come help HandsOn Santa Clarita achieve our annual fundraising goal and support the local nonprofit community.

Her generous spirit is reflected in her estate plan, which provides for a gift of $100,000 to the Roar Foundation in honor of Tippi Hedren, provided that the Roar Foundation receives $100,000 in matching grants within one year of her death.
