Slater’s 50/50 restaurant is set to open in early 2020 in the former Sisley space, Westfield Valencia Town Center management announced Wednesday.

With 11 other full-service restaurants, Slater’s 50/50 is “dedicated to a passion for Burgers, Bacon and Beer,” according to a news release.

While Slater’s always pays homage to their original 50/50 patty – made with 50% ground bacon and 50% ground beef – the restaurant’s full menu is “full of over-the-top options like loaded flatbreads, sexy salads, killer pasta and sandwiches, amped up milkshakes and more,” the release adds.

“We’ve been anxious to announce the opening of Slater’s 50/50 and are pleased another first-to-market business to the Westfield Valencia Town Center family,” said Senior General Manager Corrine Barchanowicz. “The environment the restaurant brings is a perfect addition to the Santa Clarita Valley.”

Slater’s 50/50 is just one retailer Westfield Valencia Town Center is bringing to the center in a strategy to elevate the guest experience and bring first-to-market retailers to Santa Clarita.
