Public Safety and Crime Information Report for Newhall
The following crimes were reported last week (02/01/16 -02/07/16):

Theft- Valle Del Oro/Plane Tree St. Suspect(s) unknown shattered the victim’s vehicle window and stole two cell phones.

Attempt burglary- 23550 block of Adamsboro Dr. The victim saw the suspect in backyard and then running through gate, and out of view. Victim found a kitchen window screen and a pet door screen had been removed. No items were taken.

Grand theft- 22500 block of 14th St. Suspect(s) unknown entered the victim’s unlocked car and stole a cell phone and cash.

Grand theft- Oak St. / Newhall Ave. Suspect(s) unknown stole a black Honda Accord.

Petty theft- 20900 block of Judah Ln. Suspect(s) unknown stole yard decorations off of the victim’s front porch.

3 SIMPLE TIPS ON PREVENTING VEHICLE BREAK-IN
1.) Don’t leave valuables in your car in plain view.
2.) Lock your car.
3.) Park in well-lighted areas at night.
