susd-logo_colorThe Saugus Union School District governing board will be honoring the district’s Classified Employees of the Year for 2013-2014 at a special recognition ceremony Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the district office, 24930 Avenue Stanford.

Each school site, as well as the Maintenance and Operations Department and the district office selected a classified employee – an employee not assigned to a classroom teaching position – to represent their respective location as the Classified Employee of the Year.

The ceremony will recognize each employee individually for his or her contribution to the district and celebrate their accomplishments that have led to this honor.

The ceremony will culminate with the announcement of the Saugus Union School District Classified Employee of the Year from among the honorees. The district’s Classified Employee of the year will be entered into the county-wide nomination process for recognition at the state level.

The Saugus Union School District governing board would like to thank its partner, Schools First Federal Credit Union, for sponsoring the event and enabling the district to honor its superior classified employees.
