The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors approved Castaic Union School District’s request to change its governing board member elections from the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of odd years to the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of even years.
The agreement also made it so that they consolidate these elections with the Statewide General Elections conducted by the County, effective November 2018.
The Castaic Union School District Board of Trustees’ seats will be open for election as follows:
Area A – 2020
Area B – 2018
Area C – 2018, then extended to 2020 Area D – 2018
Area E – 2018
