Charter College Canyon Country hosted its annual graduation ceremony on Friday, Sept. 20, at the Centre.
Campus President Nicole Keith welcomed the graduates and their families. She was joined on stage by Dwayne Pine, Full Time Medical Instructor; Brian Burton, Student Success Instructor; Mandy Guerra, Adjunct Medical Instructor; Lindsey Barone, Lead Dental Assistant Instructor; and Kimberly Garcia, Lead Medical Assistant Instructor.
The National Anthem was sung by Charter College Campus Support Specialist Nikki Balagao.
The student speakers were Maria Lopez, Dental Assisting graduate and Gabriela Gutierrez, Medical Assistant graduate.
“We are so very proud of all of our graduates,” said Keith. “Nothing matters more to us than their success.”
*Graduated with Honors, a cumulative grade point average of 3.7 or higher.

Charter College Canyon Country offers courses designed to give students the skills they need to begin a career in the growing health care industry. Currently, Charter College Canyon Country offers certificate programs in medical assistant and dental assisting. Their innovative Blended Learning curriculum combines hands-on classroom experience with online course work, offering students more flexibility with their schedules, and allowing them to work and manage family life.
