Los Angeles Dodgers logoThe Dodgers, who have clinched a postseason berth for the fifth consecutive year, return home tomorrow to open their final homestand of the regular season against the San Francisco Giants (Sept. 22-24) and San Diego Padres (Sept. 25-27). Los Angeles will conclude the regular season next week with a three-game series at Colorado.

The weekend series against the Giants will feature Tommy Lasorda’s 90th birthday celebration on Friday as well as annual fan favorites, La Gran Fiesta Viva Los Dodgers presented by Spectrum and Coca-Cola prior to Saturday’s game and Fan Appreciation Day Sunday. Fans are encouraged to arrive early on Friday for pregame festivities that will include birthday tributes to Tommy Lasorda and special guest appearances, and stick around postgame for Friday Night Fireworks presented by Denny’s. Saturday’s La Gran Fiesta presented by Spectrum and Coca-Cola starts at 2:00 p.m. at the Historic 76 Station and will feature live music, interactive games and player/broadcaster autographs, culminating the team’s season-long Viva Los Dodgers celebrations. The team will once again reward the best fans in baseball with Fan Appreciation Day on Sunday, complete with great prizes being awarded throughout the game and postgame Kids Run the Bases presented by New Balance.

The promotional and special events calendar is also packed, with Cal State LA Night on Friday, Golf Day on Sunday, both Hello Kitty Night and Dog Lovers Night presented by 99 Cents Only Stores on Monday, Sept. 25, Julio Urías Bobblehead Night on Tuesday, Sept. 26 and Hispanic Heritage Night on Wednesday, Sept. 27. The first 40,000 ticketed fans in attendance next Tuesday will receive the first-ever Urías bobblehead, but only those that purchase the special event ticket packs at Dodgers.com/events will take home specialty items associated with the other theme nights.

Tommy Lasorda’s 90th birthday celebration: Fans are encouraged to arrive early for pregame festivities (start at approx. 6:40 p.m.) that will include birthday tributes and special guest appearances.
Throughout the game, fans can sign a birthday card for Tommy on the Top Deck, Left Reserve Plaza, behind Right Field Pavilion and Left Field Plaza.
Postgame: Friday Night Fireworks, presented by Denny’s, set to music from Tommy’s favorite musician, Frank Sinatra.
