The WiSH Education Foundation will offer a new Webinar Wednesday as part of its WiSH webinar year-round series for college bound students.
The Feb. 9 webinar will focus on athletic recruiting. College bound seniors and their parents will learn how to navigate playing sports in college and the ins and outs of athletic recruiting for all sports and all divisions.
The interactive webinar will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. A question-and-answer session will be moderated through chat. Cost of the webinar is $35.
Guest speaker Katie Andersen is the CEO of College Fit OC and a certified college counselor. She is a former soccer player on the women’s soccer team for Duke University.
Registration for the webinar is open through Feb. 7 at 7 p.m.

WiSH was founded in 2011 by a group of community education advocates and partners to help bridge the gap in state education funding and provide for student programs in the William S. Hart Union High School District. The Foundation serves over 21,000 students in grades 7 through 12 and is a designated 501c(3) non-profit organization.
