[Legacy] – Legacy Christian Academy announced their annual gala to be held at the Bridgeport clubhouse on April 30th.
The multifaceted event includes a live auction, gala, online auction and silent auction.
This year’s theme, Rhapsody in Blue, allows the color blue to take center stage. Inspired by a 1920’s Jazz piece by composer George Gershwin, the gala will celebrate classic jazz as well as Legacy Christian Academy’s National Blue Ribbon Award. Legacy is the only private school in Los Angeles County and one of 50 private schools in the country to receive the prestigious honor this year.
A who’s who of businesses in the Santa Clarita Valley showcase their products, services and support to gala attendees each year. With exposure to over 300 families in the Santa Clarita Valley, it is arguably the best, most influential non-profit marketing effort in the area. This year’s gala has numerous opportunities for businesses to get involved including sponsorships, program advertising placement and auction item donations.
The year’s gala will be raising funds for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) software and development. We focus on these areas together not only because the skills and knowledge in each discipline are essential for student success, but also because these fields are deeply intertwined with the real world and how students learn most effectively.
ABOUT
Legacy Christian Academy is a private, independent, traditional kindergarten through eighth grade school located in the Santa Clarita Valley. Established in 1995, Legacy Christian Academy began as a private kindergarten, an extension of Sunshine Child Care & Learning Center’s well-respected preschool program. First through sixth grades were subsequently added as satisfied parents voiced their interest in continuing their children’s elementary school education in the same strong academic environment. In 2008, Legacy launched its middle school for grades 7th through 8th.
